ETR1100 Team participation survey

Please evaluate the contributions of each team member to your group work. Use a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is the lowest contribution and 10 is the highest contribution to the project.  For example, if all team members are participating fully and equally sharing the workload, each team member would receive a high score.
