Finding Your Courses

You should have access to a particular course within 24 hours of registering.  If you do not see your course in the Canvas Dashboard, click on Courses > All Courses to view your full course offering and add the course to your Dashboard by clicking on the “star” icon. You can add or remove courses from your Dashboard at any time.

If the site is still not available, you should confirm with your instructor to check if and when the site will be enabled for students.  Use of Canvas by instructors is optional. 

If the instructor says the course site has been made available to students, and you are still unable to access it, please check your registration in Banner Self-Service or with the Registrar's Office. 

 

Technical Help

Contact Canvas Support, which is available 24/7, they can assist you with any technical issue right away. Click the “Help” button in Canvas to chat, call, or email. Then let your instructor know as soon as possible.
