Goals survey

This is a survey for the BL02 section (4pm) of PH 1121 in B term 2022. Your replies will be seen only by me, Prof. Pollard, the TA, and the PLAs, and we will keep your responses confidential. The purpose of this survey is to establish your goals for the course this term. You will revisit and reflect on these goals throughout the class, and you will use these goals to self-evaluate at the end of the course.
