SGA's Midterm Course Feedback Questionnaire

This survey, adapted from one created by the Committee on Academic Issues of the Student Government Association (SGA) in fall semester 2012, includes rating items and open-ended questions that the committee felt were particularly relevant to students' interests and concerns.

I value your feedback so that I better understand your course experience thus far and can consider making adjustments that could improve your learning experience. At the same time, just a cautionary note: sometimes I can't make changes, but at least we can have conversations about challenges.
