Deposit Cash
SAO requires that clubs keep no more than $100 in cash at any given time and that deposits should be made within 24 hours of receiving the funds. You can see the full policy here Links to an external site..
There’s a safe at the CC front desk where you can store the money outside of Boynton business hours.
The Cash Sale Form is used to deposit any funds collected in the form of cash or check from member dues, ticket sales, or fundraising into the club account.
To fill out the Cash Sale Form and deposit cash:
- Go to the Controller’s Office Forms page.
- Fill out the “Cash Sale Form” (you can also ask for a form from the Bursar's Office, if you don’t want to print).
- Bring the form along with all checks and cash to the Bursar's Office on the 2nd floor of Boynton Hall.
- You will need to have a separate one for cash and one for checks.
- For checks, also create a spreadsheet with the name of the bank, the person who wrote the check, the amount of the check, and the number to submit along with the cash form.
